After arriving at the dealership, I was received by Jesse Jessup, Sales Coordinator, and after the meet and greet, he demonstrated several ATVs and answered all my questions regarding All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs). Moreover, I am extremely satisfied with all the assistance Taylor Stone, a sales associate, rendered during the extended warranty process. Taylor has an excellent understanding of all the processes and was very receptive to my requirements. Lastly, Jesse dedicated a lot of time to explaining the various services and accessories offered at the dealership. Went in to buy a new Victory motorcycle. Yes they were very attentive and patient. I must have gone in there 6 times and the brand and dealer won me over. All shops are expensive but prices are right there on the wall in big letters. Can't speak about boats there but for Victory it's worth it over Harley due to how good the bikes are. They really don't need a lot of service but Polaris of G really treats you well. Good prices as they will meet or beat other local dealers. Honest dealers are hard to find.

My Dad and I purchased a boat and a Polaris from these guys a couple of days ago and the service was exceptional. From the first time we walked in and started looking around (we came in several different times before purchase) to the minute we finished signing paperwork, the staff and crew were beyond genuine and helpful. Jesse helped us out and sold us the perfect boat - we couldn't be more stoked on it. To top it all off, Derreck, dropped our Polaris off at our house the night of the purchase after it was serviced and cleaned up. He drove 30 minutes out of his way to do so and IT WAS 9PM! These guys were great and we will definitely be back for more soon. Highly recommend shopping with these guys.

I was buying a boat from Bass Pro Shops. They just couldn't get the financing right. Called Polaris and from that point on, it was a much better experience. Otto was very helpful, asked the right questions and assured me they could get the deal done to my satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations. I got more boat and accessories than I expected for less than the other company. My payment is considerable less. The customer service is outstanding. Otto listened to what I wanted and provided more. Keith serviced my new boat. He took time to inspect every inch of the boat and installed the added components with lots of care. And I believe it was Preston who finished the boat with a great detail job. Excellent staff and company. I did not feel like just another sales pitch.

Well, back in 2004 I purchased my first Victory motorcycle from Polaris of Gainesville. Sense then I've purchased two more new Victory's and one used Victory. Over the years I've got to know the folks that work there fairly well, even the owner and I must say that they are people that will listen to your concerns about their products they sell you or are trying to sell you. There will always be some give and take over matters but all in all respect for each other has been present in their dealings with me and other customers that I know. No dealership is perfect for sure, but the folks there at Polaris of Gainesville will work to please You.

Excellent!! The Sales Manager Derek and the salesman Randy were superb! I bought a Slingshot SLR and love it. This is my second purchase from Polaris of Gainesville and I'm sure there will be more. I've read other reviews that say, "Go to Ocala." To me that is ridiculous. POG can and will compete for your business and in my opinion driving to Ocala for a product they sell here in our local community is a waste of your gas. Give Derek and the rest of the POG team a chance to earn your business, you won't regret it!.

I got a boat from here worked with randy and derrick. It was simple no bs went in looked at what i wanted to see and picked it out was in and out. Very nice they didn't try to sell me the hole dam store just what i asked for. No bs on price just what they said i would be. Best service i have had tring to buy somthing new. Thank you guys. Rob in the service department was professional and courteous and their mechanic did an excellent job mounting front and rear tires. When I got my bike back I checked the wheels and exhaust for scratches or damage and there was none. Thank you for taking excellent care of my baby! Also, Rob was kind enough to store my bike inside during hurricane Mathew. My experience was a good one.

On my third VICTORY from Polaris of Gainesville , first was '03 Vegas , 2nd Cross Country Tour nothing wrong with '13 but Wayne made me a deal on a '16 I couldn't refuse ! Now customizing it to my likes. Beth in parts always will gets you the best deal or at least price matches. Justin in service takes care of the installs factory or custom parts he always gets them on there and right , fast and friendly . My bike always comes out cleaner than it goes in. Not saying have never had issues or something gone wrong but they always do there best to make it right!

Been going here for years, and have never had a bad experience. Greeted with a smile, fair price on the 5 machines I have bought. Service has always taken care of my family, Explained all charges, and fixed my machine. On the one occasion I had a return problem. They moved me to the front of the line, and had me out immediately . Looks like some competitors are trying to give them a black eye; with all of the anonymous reviews.
